ProjeCT MANAGEMENT - Mona
Mona (owner of Wergeland & Partners together with Tom) was the project manager for P29 and will also take on the new villas we will build. She acts as a link between you as a customer, the architect and the constructor team. She also controls orders and payments and looks after your best interests.
You speak English with Mona and she not only translates the language itself to the Spanish team, but the entire way of being, which not least involves an orderly and clear process with no surprises along the way.
She has 20 years of experience in Spain, is an economist with a management background and has worked in design in Scandinavia and Spain for many years. She also has a Master’s degree in property management from Spain and takes you steadily through the entire process until you have the keys in your hand.
ABOUT THE ARCHITECT - César
César Pedreño is an architect and the managing director of SARPA ARQUITECTURA. He specializes in renewable energy and energy saving and has more than 20 years of experience in the industry. Sarpa Arquitectura designs beautiful and functional homes in beautiful south-eastern Spain and they have a passion for innovative architecture, combined with an understanding of the local environment. They create unique spaces that stand out.
They also have many years of experience in serving a demanding international clientele, and offer personal service that is adapted to each individual customer’s wishes and needs.
SARPA ARQUITECTURA transforms your dreams into reality and we have worked with Cesar for many years, among other things he has designed P29.
ABOUT the CONSTRUCTOR - Ginés
Ginés is a locally recognized builder with over 25 years of experience in construction and maintenance of buildings. He knows laws and regulations, has a very good understanding of materials and is happy to come up with suggestions for smart solutions. He keeps a close eye on the market and likes to find new products. Ginés has constructed i.a. P29.
SALES - TOM
From picking strawberries in Norway via successful entrepreneurship (snowboard, ski box, …) to office machine salesman (seller of the year several times), “who’s who international” Tom chose 20 years ago to start in the Real Estate business in Spain.
Hundreds of homes have been sold over the years and many customers have both bought and sold through Tom repeatedly.
He shows you which options are available, different plots of land and what you can build in relation to size and price.
